Terms of Service

By accessing or using totle.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to both learners and teachers (Bridgers).

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

Teachers must pass the ACU verification process before taking sessions. Accounts found to have provided false information during verification will be permanently banned without refund.

• Session duration is set by the domain and shown at booking. It is not a fixed platform-wide duration.
• Learners must book sessions in advance through the platform.
• Sessions happen via TOTLE's integrated video platform only. Off-platform sessions are not covered by our refund or quality guarantees.
• Both parties are expected to be present at the scheduled time.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. TOTLE does not store card details. Sessions are paid at the time of booking.

• Teachers must only teach ACUs for which they have verified knowledge.
• Teachers must be on time, prepared, and focused on the learner's understanding.
• Off-topic conversation, sharing personal contact details, or arranging sessions outside the platform are violations.
• Tier consequences for poor performance are at TOTLE's discretion and are final.

• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct of any kind.
• Sharing session recordings without consent.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or rating systems.
• Any attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or tier calculations.

Content generated during sessions (notes, summaries, transcripts) is owned jointly by TOTLE and the session participants. You may use your own session materials for personal learning. You may not distribute, sell, or republish them.

TOTLE is a platform that connects learners and teachers. We are not responsible for the quality of individual sessions beyond enforcing our tier and rating system. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
